Terms of Sale and Puppy Contracts

Our puppies lifelong well-being and safety is our number one priority.

You will find all the terms and contract details here that you may download for your perusal. These contracts are not necessarily set in stone and are subject to change without notice.

In the interest of transparency and to ensure people do not waste their time (or mine) I openly publish the price of puppies when a litter is confirmed. Puppies are priced from £1800, this will be dependent on the particular pairing involved or which external stud is used. 

WARNING: the puppy application is lengthy and quite in-depth. I ask that people complete every section thoroughly and do not worry there are no "wrong" answers. The information you provide will assist me to understand people's motivations and assess their suitability. The homes I pick for my pups are of paramount importance to me.

OPTION 1:

Confirmed waiting list  -This is for the people that are wholly committed and want a pup regardless of the time frame. Fill out the application and once approved, pay a holding fee, you are then guaranteed a pup from my first available litter. If I've been unable to supply a pup (for example you wanted a boy and they've all been girls) you may transfer your deposit on to the next litter, or request a refund. The holding fee is otherwise non-refundable. This means I know who is 100% committed to wanting a Sunlions puppy. As you may be aware, Anatolian's are a very rare breed and often there is only 1 litter per year.

OPTION 2:

Approved waiting list - Complete the application, and if approved you will be placed on the waiting list. However a pup is not guaranteed as obviously those that have paid a holding fee would be first in line. The approval will only be valid for 12 months from the date of acceptance at which point a second application would have to be submitted. This is to ensure your circumstances have not significantly changed to the degree it would be detrimental to place a puppy with you.
